Marsden members support the air ambulance
The North West Air Amubulance (NWAA) savings accounts launched in March has generated an excellent response from both new and existing customers. At the end of June, members had invested £1.048M in the NWAA savings accounts.
- Open an account from £1 (NWAA junior saver £1, NWAA saver £100)
- No element of your interest is given to the NWAA charity
- The Society will make an annual donation equivalent to 1% of the total average balances held in all NWAA saving accounts.
- The more that you invest increases our annual donation.
Launched in 1999, the NWAA continues to fly life saving missions throughout the North West.
Flying seven days a week, 365 days a year the NWAA’s vital life saving service covers 5,500 square miles and a residential population of seven million people yet it receives no central government or lottery funding. It costs £3.5 million per year to maintain both aircraft, all of which is generously donated by members of the public.
