Our Annual General Meeting is fast approaching so we’re asking you to cast your vote and have your say on how your Society is run. You will have received your AGM pack by post or email dependent on your selection.
How to use your vote:
Your vote makes a difference and there are 4 easy ways to use it:
Click here to access your online voting site, your log on details can be found on your voting pack or if you received an email, click straight through from there to log on. Online voting closes at midnight on Monday 23 April 2018.
• By post
In your postal voting pack you will have received your voting form and a prepaid envelope. Pop that back in the post to us by Friday 20 April 2018.
• In branch
Either bring your postal vote into branch or find a form in branch. Make sure you’re in before Friday 20 April 2018 to make your vote count.
• In person
Attend your AGM in person on Wednesday 25 April to vote. It is held at the ACE Centre, Cross Street, Nelson, BB9 7NN. Registration is from 1.30pm and the AGM starts at 2pm prompt.
Why it matters
2017 was a successful year for the Society – we maintained our financial strength and our strong balance sheet and continued to invest in our future. If you have any questions about the AGM, please contact our Member Services team at Principal Office on 01282 440500* who will be happy to help.
Don’t forget every vote we receive online we donate 20p to North West Air Ambulance (10p if you vote by post).
