By completing this instruction online, you confirm you're the bond account holder(s) and have read and agree to the product terms and conditions received for the account you're transferring your fixed rate bond to, as well as the Retail Savings Terms & Conditions and the Rules of the Society (available on our 'Downloads' page).

If the account is held jointly, the account holder providing maturity instructions is doing so on a joint basis, and by requesting this, confirms consent of both account holders

By providing your bank details, you authorise Marsden Building Society to run an electronic validation check. If we can’t validate your account this way, a cheque will be sent out to the registered address on maturity.
