Changes to our Retail Savings Terms and Conditions
We are making some changes to our Retail Savings Terms and Conditions which affect all types of savings accounts held with us.
You can get a copy of the new terms by popping into your local branch or by downloading a copy here.
We’ve also put together a helpful guide which summarises the changes that will be effective from 1 June 2019, you can download a copy of this here.
What happens next?
If you accept the changes to the terms and conditions you don’t need to do anything. If you’re not happy with the changes and want to close your account, please check your product terms or speak to our Savings Team to see if you can do this. If we don’t hear from you before 1 June 2019, we will take this to mean you have accepted all the changes.
