If you’re an existing Marsden Online customer, please be aware that we’re making improvements to your Marsden Online and we wanted to keep you informed so you know what to expect and so that you can log in to your new platform.
So, what can you expect?
You will receive a secure message that lets you know it’s time to log , here’s what to expect…
• Your Marsden online account will automatically update to our latest version and you will find all your details up to date.
• When you log on to Marsden online for the first time, you’ll be asked to change your password to make sure it’s secure- it should include an uppercase letter, a number and a symbol for maximum security.
• Once you’ve logged in, you have full access to update your details online, personalise the notifications you receive or review your account
• Download our User Guide for a step by step overview of the changes.
What do we need you to do?
