Established for over 150 years the Marsden were praised for their continued financial support for their growing membership as Lancashire’s leading building society. The Society aims to provide support for members at every stage in their life; whether that be a step onto the property ladder, providing a home for their savings or helping members reach their financial goals.

The Marsden has demonstrated its dedication to the local community through their current branch investment programme. So far, the programme has seen the relocation of the Society’s Barrowford branch in February with plans continuing to open a new branch in Garstang, introduce branch facilities back into their Principal Office and relocate their Colne branch to a new, bigger building- that was formally the Colne Building Society.
