Marsden Building won the award for Customer Service/Treating Customers Fairly at the Mortgage Finance Gazette Awards 2015 in London.
In addition to this, the Society Secretary, Tracy Ashworth was awarded the Editor’s Award which was given at the discretion of the editor and judging panel and goes to a lender or individual who impressed the judges so much that it was unanimously felt recognition was deserved. Tracy was recognised for her rise through the ranks to become the Marsden’s first female Society Secretary. The Marsden was also highly commended in the awards for ‘Community Service’, ‘Innovation’ and ‘Best Anti-Fraud Service’.
