Frequently asked questions

We can help you with the launch. If you're signing up to the scheme, we can arrange to come and talk to your employees about what it is, how it works and the importance of saving. We can even help them to open accounts while we're there. Or, if you'd prefer to roll the scheme out in your own way, we can provide you with literature to help support this. 

No, our Workplace Savings scheme is free of charge.  

If your employer doesn't have a scheme, speak to your HR department. It might be something they're interested in finding out more about. You can point them to our website or they can email us at wpsavings@themarsden.co.uk to find out more.

If your employer has a scheme with us, use our eSavings platform to apply for an account. You'll need to tell us the name of your employer when you do so. Your account will be open within 5 working days. You'll receive an email or letter from us to tell you how to activate your eSavings account so you can see your Workplace Savings account online once it's opened. Once your account is opened, we'll send you a secure message on our eSavings platform to tell you what your account number is. You'll need your account number to fill in the 'Workplace Savings Salary Deduction Form (PDF)'. This form should be sent to your employer to tell them how much you'd like to save from your wage.

You need to pay in a minimum of £5 per month from your wage via your employer, but you can save more money into your account whenever you'd like using our eSavings platform and the payment information provided when you opened your account. 

Your savings are safe with us. If you're part of a scheme and leave the company, we'll keep your account open and you can continue to save as often as you'd like.
