Changes to your mortgage term
You can apply to extend or reduce your mortgage term.
Changes to your repayment method
You can apply to change the repayment method of your mortgage from interest only to capital repayment, or from capital repayment to interest only. If you apply to change your mortgage from interest only to capital repayment, you can request a change to your mortgage term at the same time.
Porting your mortgage
If you're looking to move house and want to transfer your existing Marsden mortgage to the new property, you can apply to port your mortgage.
You can't apply to make changes online if you need advice to make a change, want to add or remove a borrower on the mortgage account, or if you want to change your mortgage product.

There may be a cost to mortgage advice. The amount you pay will depend on your circumstances. The fee is up to 1% but a typical fee is 0.3% of the amount borrowed. Your adviser will talk you through any costs involved with the advice that will be provided.
