A new look for our Burnley branch

Please note, we’re still getting your new-look branch ready so we’ve had to move our opening date. We’ll be open again at 9am on Monday 11 April.
As part of our ongoing efforts to improve your experience with the Marsden, we’re making some changes to our Burnley branch, and as a result, we’ll be closing for refurbishment from 3pm on Friday 18 March until 9am on Monday 11 April.

Originally planned for 2020 but put on hold due to the pandemic, we’re pleased to be starting work on our new-look Burnley branch. Combining our modern approach to business with our traditional values, we’re creating a welcoming environment for our members with changes being made to both the inside and outside of the branch.

“We want our members to feel at home in our branches” said Philippa Farebrother-Dunn, Head of Retail, “and the changes we’re making to our Burnley branch will certainly help us to achieve this.

“We’re introducing more seating as well as finishing touches, such as pendants and floor lamps to give it a warmer feel, giving a nod to our heritage with feature brick walls.”

Managing your money

Our Burnley branch will be closed from 3pm on Friday 18 March 2022, reopening with a brand new-look at 9am on Monday 11 April 2022.

During this time, you can still visit our other branches to manage your money. Alternatively, you can withdraw money online or over the phone by setting up next day faster payments to your nominated bank account. If you’d like to set this up, you can get in touch with our Savings Team here.
