New customers can't apply directly for a mortgage with the Marsden. Mortgage Advice Bureau will help you find the right mortgage based on your circumstances. 

If you’re an existing Marsden customer, you can apply to make changes to your current mortgage, or use our rate switch service to apply for a new mortgage when your product comes to an end, without advice. Visit our ‘Existing mortgage customers’ page for more information.

There may be a cost to mortgage advice. The amount you pay will depend on your circumstances. The fee is up to 1%, but a typical fee is 0.3% of the amount borrowed. Your adviser will talk you through any costs involved with the advice that will be provided.
