As a Mortgage Adviser, you will deliver a first-class compliant mortgage sales process to our customers, ensuring successful and positive outcomes across the residential and buy to let mortgage market is achieved in each instance. You will fulfil the mortgage maturity process, deal with general mortgage enquiries and provide support for direct customer enquiries at first point of contact. You will also be promoting a range of mortgage and insurance products.

 
What are we looking for?

An ability to provide excellent customer service is essential alongside a passion to do more and enjoy both the challenges and rewards that come from these interactions.

We are looking for our next team member to have GCSE Maths and English (Grade C or above), CeMAP and hold or commit to study for CaRER. Experience of customer service, good communication, dealing with queries and problem solving skills.
