We're officially a 'very good' company to work for!

We’re delighted to share that we’ve been recognised in the ‘Best Companies to Work For’ league tables, with a ‘very good’ rating and accreditation in the top organisations to work for lists.

We launched with Best Companies in 2021 to deliver colleague surveys to measure, recognise and improve levels of workplace engagement. The surveys provide us with valuable feedback around workplace engagement; what we’re doing well, what we can improve and give us access to accreditation on the ‘Best Companies to Work For’ lists.

The first lists of 2022 were revealed by Best Companies earlier this month, with the Marsden achieving the following positions:

• #8 Best Companies to Work For in Financial Services
• #31 Best Mid-Sized Companies to Work For in the UK
• #33 Best Companies to Work For in the North West

 As well as accreditation on the ‘Best Companies to Work For’ league tables, the Marsden received a ‘1-Star’ accreditation, meaning we’re officially a ‘very good’ company to work for.
