Marsden’s celebrates 10 years in Poulton with community fundraiser

Marsden Building Society's Poulton branch is celebrating its 10th birthday by inviting local residents to join them in branch, while helping to raise money for Burnley FC in the Community’s 100 Club: Mission Possible challenge.

From Monday 26 October to Friday 30 October, the branch, located in the Teanlowe Shopping Centre, will host a week-long birthday fundraiser packed with treats, prizes and opportunities to support a great cause.

Visitors can enjoy tea, coffee and cake for a £1 donation, with all proceeds going directly to Burnley FC in the Community. For just £1 per turn, customers can also take part in the branch’s special birthday TENbola, with a prize guaranteed every time.

Over the past decade, we've built strong relationships within the community and wanted to mark this milestone by giving something back. We hope customers, local businesses and residents will come along, enjoy a slice of cake and tea or coffee, take part in our TENbola, and help us raise funds to support Burnley FC in the Community’s 100 Club: Mission Possible challenge."

Burnley FC in the Community delivers programmes that support health, well-being, education and skills development for people of all ages across Lancashire. Marsden Building Society has been supporting the charity throughout the year with a variety of fundraisers, including a colleague car wash and mystery book sales.
