Parents' Financial Support in Retirement Survey T&Cs

1. Entry is free and available by completing our Parents' Financial Support in Retirement Survey. Survey will close at 4pm on Thursday 27th August 2026.

2. The prize is a £50 Booths gift card. The prize is not transferrable and no cash alternative will be offered.

3. To be eligible to enter, entrants must be parents or legal guardians of adult-age children.

4. Only one entry is permitted per person and there will only be one winner.

5. The winning entry will be selected via a prize draw on 28 August 2026.

6. The winner will be informed by email on 28 August 2026 . If, 2 weeks after the date the winner is drawn, we have been unsuccessful in contacting them, we reserve the right to draw another winner at random.

7. By entering this competition you are accepting these terms and conditions and agree to your survey responses being used by the Marsden for business and marketing purposes.

8. We only use your personal information where it is permitted by law to protect your rights of Privacy and we have your consent, we need it to deliver on our legal obligations or it is in your interest. We take our responsibility seriously and outline our approach to your information in our Privacy Notice which you have access to online.

9. Your details will be held by Marsden Building Society for up to 60 days following the survey closing date. You permit Marsden Building Society to hold records of the personal information supplied by you and to use such information to promote and report on this survey as well as to contact you by email should you win. Any personal information will be processed by Marsden Building Society in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

10. Employees of Marsden Building Society are not eligible to enter this competition.
