Key criteria for our Lending into Retirement range:
Available to those aged 55+
Interest only, repayment or part and part up to 70% LTV with no restriction on interest only element
Earned income considered up to age 75
Minimum loan size £30,000 (unless stated otherwise)
Minimum property value £150,000 (unless stated otherwise)
Downsizing accepted as a repayment vehicle
